Ganja la pass trekking
Langtang Ganjala pass trekking description:
Ganjala Pass trekking lies in an elevation on 5160m on the lap of the Langtang Himalaya. The Langtang Ganjala Pass trek takes you over this pass as you make your way south from Langtang village which lies at 3500m and where the national park headquarters is located. The route from Langtang valley then over crossing Ganjala Pass 5106m the pass is blocked by snow, so local inquiries about its condition, good equipment and mountaineering experience are necessary for safe crossing. The Helambu village excludes a Tibetan feel and you will see fields enclosed by stone walls as wells herds of yaks, the most important animal for the people here. From Tarke Gyang, trek descends to Melamchi Khola, and then there will be two options to go to Kathmandu over Chisopani village trekking or direct Kathmandu via normal route Melamchi Bazzar.
Why people choose Ganjala pass Trekking?
This moderate adventure trek combines with the great scenery of Tallest Langtang and Ganesh Himal family, beautiful landscapes and Tibetan Buddhism Cultural and Natural heritages starting from 2600 m low elevation to 5500 meter with relatively short distances at more relaxed pace. The trail offers normal accommodation most of the places along the trekking routes run by the local inhabitants.
