Balthali village can be reached directly driving for about 2 hours from Kathmandu to Panuiti and walk for 3 hours trekking to reach. After Panuiti, you can hike through Lakeshore Mahadev temple (one of the names of Lord Shiva) and follow the trail north along the river.
Further more, one can rest at the flat ground and take snacks and enjoy beautiful Balthali village. After Balthali, you can return either via Namobuddha or Panuiti tours. Balthali hiking or Balthali tour can be done at any time throughout the year.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu within B/B plan.Day 02: World Heritage sites of Kathmandu Sightseeing, 6 hours.
In the morning after breakfast, we start our day trip visiting world heritage sites located in Kathmandu city which includes Boudhanath Stupa (also known as the oldest stupa of Nepal), Pashupatinath temple (holy temple of Hindu where cremation takes place by the holy river Bagmati), Later we visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and Syambhunath Stupa. And transfer to hotel.Day 03: Kathmandu to Dhulikhel and hike to Namobuddha (1,982m/6,481 ft), 4 hours walking
Drive to Dhulikhel and Hike to Namobuddha sacred hill station. Hike to Namobuddha hill station for fabulous panoramic views of the Jugal mountain range including Dorje Lhakpa. During your trekking /hiking or touring, you can touch the fertile rice and orange terraces to reach Namobuddha. When you stand on the premises of a near the Nmobuddha monastery, you will simply be bowled over by its magnificence.
Lift your eyes from it and see around, you will see enjoy equally good views, down from the stream-basins to the mountaintops. The area of Namobuddha hill is a sacred pilgrimage place as it is a historically important destination where you can visit the monastery. Stay overnight at available Guesthouse.Day 04: Trek from Namobuddha to Balthali village (2,398 m/7,842 ft), 4 hours
If you wake up early morning, you will have a sunrise view and again you will have touchy view of fertile farms and villages located on the way as we move ahead. During the trek you can walk over the part of the countryside to the east of Kathmandu is at its best, with streams and rivers, farmlands and forests, hills. In the evening, stay at Balthali Village and its resort. Stay overnight at Guesthouse.Day 05: Discover Balthali village ! Walk to Panuiti and Return.
Today you will visit Dada Gaun which is a typical Tamang village where a Buddhist Community inhibiting. It is very traditional and secluded from the modern world. However, you see people and animals are living together side by side. We then walk to Pada Gaun (2,100m), from where you will have extremely good views of the whole Himalayan range to the north and the beautiful green forest of Mahabharat. Then walk on to nature, and follow the banks of the Ladku River back to the resort.
We walk further downhill Panauiti town where you can see a Hindu pilgrimage site called Indreswor Mahadev Temple. After visiting around this temples and squares we return Kathmandu which takes about two hours.Day 06: Final departure day
Drop you in Kathmandu International Airport onward your final destination and our trip ends. Wish you your wonderful journey.
