Canyoning is an another adventure tours while you are visiting in Nepal. Canyoning can be done as a day hiking tours daily departing 6:30 AM from Kathmandu or Pokhara or Chitwan Sauraha town. Your journey will be finish in some hours and you will be transferred back in the evening around 7 pm. The sport of abseiling down waterfalls!

Canyoning is one adventure sport that gets you off the beaten track and cannot be missed by the adrenaline seeker and water sports enthusiast. Canyoning is the sport of abseiling down waterfalls. Whilst Canyonning, your trip goes through the narrow passages of rock which have been contoured by ages of rushing water from the Himalayan snow melts and heavy monsoon rains. You will be traveling down canyons using a variety of techniques including climbing, cliff jumping, walking, scrambling, abseiling and swimming. It requires swimming ability, good navigational skills, functions of rope work and a good level of fitness and upper body strength. Now does that sound like fun?!
Our canyoing site is located in a small village of Jalbere, offering great day trips from Kathmandu, Chitwan or Pokhara or a great addition to your rafting or kayaking trip on the Trisuli River. These are most definitely the best canyon sites on offer in Nepal. You do not need any previous experience to join as we can teach you everything you need to know and have all the equipment and expertise to keep you safe and show you a great time with incredible scenery to boot. You will just need a good attitude with sense of adventure!
Once we arrive in Jabere, you will be given a harness and helmet and after a comprehensive safety briefing, we'll start teaching you how to climb and abseil and we are rady to go...The largest waterfall we run is around 26 meters. Sometimes we slide and sometimes we jump directly into the clear pools below. After around 3 1/2 hours of adrenaline fuelled fun we'll stop for a picnic lunch before your return. If you have enough time to explore around and have fun having a campfire tonight, you might stay an overnight on our Trisuli river camp which will be most unforgettable!
