Day 01: Your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: City tour including Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath & Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Morning flight Nepalgunj to Simikot and trek to Dharapuri, and tented camp.
Day 05: Trek to Kermi, and tented camp.
Day 06: Trek to Yalbang Gompa, and tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Tumkot, tented camp.
Day 08: Trek to Thado Dhunga, and tented camp.
Day 09: Trek over Nara La Pass (4450 meters.) and trek down to Hilsa (Nepal – Tibet border), and tented camp.
Day 10: Half an hour trek to Sher, and drive to Purang. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 11: Drive to Manasarovar Lake, tented camp.
Day 12: Rest Day at Manasarovar Lake (visit Chiu Gompa in the morning).
Day 13: Drive to Darchen, and tented camp.
Day 14: Trek to Derapuk, and tented camp.
Day 15: Trek over Dolma La Pass (5600 meters.) and trek down to Zudulpuk, and camp.
Day 16: Trek to Darchen.
Day 17: Drive to Paryang, and tented camp.
Day 18: Drive to Saga, and tented camp.
Day 19: Drive to Lhatse, and Overnight at Guest house.
Day 20: Drive to Shigatse, and Overnight at Guest house.
Day 21: Drive to Gyantse, and Overnight at Guest house.
Day 22: Drive to Lhasa, and Overnight at guest house.
Days 23 & 24: Sightseening tour in Lhasa city. These Days will visit potala palace, Norbhulinka Palace, Sera Monastery, Derpung Monastery, Jokhang temple, hkhor Bzzar and other major places with our Local Tibetan English speaking guide.
Day 25: After breakfast drive to Airport for your onward destination. |

Booking condition:
All the personal details must be sent 2 months in advance with 25% (out of total trip amount). And the advance payment has to be non-refundable.
Recommended clothing and equipment list for the trip:
Sleeping bags (down with inside extra cover), jacket (down) / polar fleece, with rain and water proofed, thermal underwear, wind / rain-proof trousers, woollen and sun hats, scarves (muffler), woollen or cotton socks, gloves, trekking boots, sun/snow glassed, towel, t-shirt/s, sunscreen/sun lotion, flash light with extra bulbs and batteries, sandals, water bottles, Day pack (for your Day time necessities), kit or duffel bag (to keep your personal belongings) first aid box/personal medicine walking stick. Please do not carry unnecessary items and / or valuables.
Be sure you have the needy items !
Warm clothes, water bottle, water purification tabs, sun tan lotion utility knife, dusk musk, medicine for headaches, fever, colds, stomach disorders and diamox (unless you are allergic to sulpha drugs) for altitude sickness, It is also good to carry dry fruit, juice powder, breads, candy, canned or packed food, nuts, pickles and biscuits.
Good Health:
Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificate those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip. It is rigorous and challenging trip where all the time spent at high altitudes. At least 2 months regular practice is recommend either 2 hours daily running, swimming, or joining on a health club may help to complete the yatra very successfully. |
