Arun Valley utterly marvelous, still very untouched and an irregular trekking area of Makalu region is very close to the Everest region. Because of Arun River, it is known as Arun Valley (eastern part of Nepal) too. The Arun Valley is an unimaginable area and it is famous for both the culture and nature. This area is a naturalist's paradise and it is teeming with many precious plants, birds and is a significant part of the Himalayan environment and ecosystem. People living in this remote place depend on cattle herds, farming and small - time trade. In this region various other castes and ethnic groups and they are: Sherpa in the higher elevation, Gurung, Tamang, Magar, Newar, Brahmins, Chhetris and the others in the rest, The tour to those places have many attractions because of the cultural reasons too.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel 1348m
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla 2860m then trek to Puiyan.
Day 04: Puiyan to Pangum.
Day 05: Pangum to Najing Dingma 2910m
Day 06: Najing dingma to Bung.
Day 07: Bung to Sanam 2850m.
Day 08: Sanam to Salpa Pass 3350m.
Day 09: Salpa Pass to Guranse
Day 10: Guranse to Salpa Phedi 2760m.
Day 11: Salpa Phedi to Gothe Bazaar.
Day 12: Gothe Bazaar to Majwa (2550m)
Day 13: Majwa to Kartiki Ghat
Day 14: Kartiki Ghat to Tumlingtar 900m.
Day 15: Tumlingtar to Kathmandu 1350
Day 16: Drop you to the international airport for your onwards flight.

Suggested Itinerary: 15 Days

Day 01: Receive you in Kathmandu international airport. Then transfer to hotel by private car. If you have time, just couple of hrs time sightseeing around downtown Thamel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley: 
During this day you will have amazing sightseeing by private car to Swayambhunath stupa, Kopan Gompa, Boudhanath stupa, Kathmandu royal palace (Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square)

Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla 2860m then trek to Puiyan.
Day 04: Puiyan to Pangum; we will trek to Pangum. We trek through beautifully settled Sherpa villages with scenic view.
Day 05: Pangum to Najing Dingma 2910m
Day 06: Najing dingma to Bung
Day 07: Bung to Sanam 2850m
Day 08: Sanam to Salpa Pass 3350m
Day 09: Salpa Pass to Guranse
Day 10: Guranse to Salpa Phedi 2760m
Day 11: Salpa Phedi to Gothe Bazaar
Day 12: Gothe Bazaar to Majwa (2550m)
Day 13: Majwa to Kartiki Ghat
Day 14: Kartiki Ghat to Tumlingtar 900m
Day 15: Tumlingtar to Kathmandu 1348m: Tonight, enjoy with typical Nepali diner with Nepali culture show.
Day 16: Drop you to the international airport for your onwards flights.

Down Sleeping Bag, Down Jacket, Long sleeved shirt, Jumper or fleecy jacket
